Wonder Woman, Batman, Spiderman, Power Puff Girls, The Hulk, and Barbie are all entities that do not exist in reality. Each has specific flaws and weaknesses. However, to take the Deity of Christ and demote Him to the #1 superhero status is sacrilegious. From Greek mythology to James Bond to modern cartoon superheroes, the world has been searching for someone to idolize. Most feel comforted when that "idol" has a human side.

God is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, and Omniscient. How can we begin to demote Christ in a fun skit night, much less to include in the same skit sexual double entendres that we would expect from a worldly audience? Are we not to be in the world and NOT of it? Now this brings me to the "Music Video Wannabe Dancers." I'm all for great choreography-especially, when it has a point in the performance. (This dance had NO relevance to the skit-yet it made a definite and unfortunate statement.) Males popping their pelvises, females rolling their upper bodies, and all the dancers gyrating to sexual provocative gestures in costumes befitting the scandalous musical of "Rent" on the stage at North Greenville University make me want to question our school's motto. Is this really a place "where Christ makes the difference"? Outward expression of the heart of believers is generally exhibited in their thoughts, words, and actions.
