The Student Evaluation of Instruction is online this semester using a product called WebSurveyor.
Each student will receive an e-mail at his or her NGU e-mail account for every course taken. If a student is taking six courses, they will receive six e-mails. Each e-mail contains the name and number of the course to be evaluated and a link to the evaluation.
This direct e-mail invitation insures that the student can evaluate only the courses for which they are registered. In addition, WebSurveyor provides controls to continue interrupted surveys and to filter out duplicate responses to a single class.
The evaluation will open on Nov. 7 and continue through Nov. 18.
Students who are not using their NGU e-mail account or logging into the NGU network should check their accounts before Nov. 7 and have their password reset if necessary. Passwords can be reset at the Help Desk in Donnan 210 weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
