It's that time again. Blossoms in the trees, occasionally warm weather, couples in swings and the Spring Fling. New to the spring agenda at North Greenville University is a week long event called "Spring Fling," beginning Thursday, March 30 and running through Friday, April 7. This is an eventful 80's and 90's themed celebration called "Kickin' it Old School."
The week long event will feature a number of events and competitions, including the Battle of the Bands, tournaments and other sporting activities, as well as a fashion show of sorts. Points for the McCormick Cup will be given for event attendance and participation, with a total of 2025 McCormick Cup points available. It will be a time of nostalgia and dorm unity as the students remember life in the 80's and 90's. Talk to your Resident Assistant about participation. If you have any questions, contact Kelly Cooper, Student Activities Coordinator.
