The men and women's intramural basketball season reached the halfway point this week.
Size and X are atop the men's A-League as of last week, while the MacGyvers are in first place in the B-League.
In the women's league, Bottom Simpson and the Bus Drivers lead all teams with undefeated records.
"Bottom Simpson has definitely been the most dominant, but the Bus Drivers could give them a good game," said Donald Lilly, intramural director. "There are several good teams out there, so you never what will happen."
The Bus Drivers defeated the Foxy Browns 13-10 last Tuesday while the Blaze blew out the Rainbow Ponies of Destruction 21-3.
S-Club 7 fell to Bottom Simpson 15-5, who will face Blaze next week.
The league leaders will meet on Feb. 19, the last week of the season, in one of the more anticipated games of the season.
The top four teams will compete in the playoffs, which will begin on Feb. 26.
Last week in the men's A-League, the Upsetters fell to the Scrubs 13-12 in a close one. X dropped the Red Foxes 15-5, and league leaders Size won 16-8 over Gooch.
Next week, Size will take on the Upsetters, Gooch will challenge X and the Scrubs will battle the Red Foxes.
In the B-League, Hogan's Heroes nipped the Unknowns 11-10, and the B Team won 14-7 over Bragg.
The MacGyvers defeated the Wolverines 21-7 in the other game of the day.
Next Tuesday, the Wolverines and the Unknowns will battle, Hogan's Heroes will face B Team and Bragg and the MacGyvers will duke it out.
